Z8 and LCD draft

I completed my first draft schematic for the Z8, LCD and buttons.

Problems:

1. No footprint for the z8. The datasheet does not provide any "recommended land patterns" - although it has the physical dimensions.


2. The buttons used have a two pin footprint - not something i have seen before. (Normally they have 4 pins).


3. The Z8 is directly powered from the 3.3V rails (from the smps) without any additional caps.


4. The LCD module is 16x2 - but I want a 40x4. Unfortunately the 40x4 has no footprints and no pinouts in the datasheet.


5. LCD is LED backlight- I wanted an EL.


6. the z8 has not been interfaced to the FPGA and the attenuator yet.
